ZAGREB, April 23, 2018 - The founder of the ailing Agrokor food and retail conglomerate Ivica Todorić will remain at liberty with stricter precautionary measures until a final decision is made on his extradition to Croatia, London's Westminster Magistrates Court Judge Emma Arbuthnot said on Monday.

ZAGREB, April 23, 2018 - London's Westminster Magistrates Court has given a green-light to the handover of Agrokor founder Ivica Todorić to Croatia, a judge of that court stated on Monday.

ZAGREB, April 20, 2018 - London's Westminster Magistrates Court said on Friday that a decision on extradition of the Agrokor food and retail group's founder Ivica Todorić, which should have been made on Friday, would be announced on Monday, 23 April.

"From the political perspective of Agrokor's saga, it will end with these prolonged deadlines as planned, and an agreement will be reached."

The final decision on Agrokor will also allow Mercator to put all of its force and energy into reducing its indebtedness.
