Donatella Pauković

In September 2020, I graduated in journalism from the Faculty of Political Sciences in Zagreb. I'm passionate about traveling and writing travel reports, as well as covering interesting lifestyle-related stories.

My previous journalistic experience refers to writing and editing articles for the student newspaper Global.

Although I'm a native of Novska in Slavonia, I'm in love with Hvar where I've been working in hospitality for the past four summers. I also love Istria where I spent most of my summer holidays as a child.

I've also studied at the University of Bologna in Italy as part of an Erasmus exchange where I started to actively learn Italian. A multicultural environment has taught me to understand different cultures, but at the same time to understand my own culture from a different point of view.

My goal is to bring Croatia and Croatian culture closer to those who are interested in it. I'm happy to hear and write stories from all parts of our beautiful and always enchanting Croatia.
