Zadar Sweeps Split to Become Croatian Basketball Champion for 4th Time

June 4, 2023 - Zadar is the Croatian basketball champion for the fourth time in the club's history after defeating Split in three games in the finals.  On Sunday, after two away victories, Zadar celebrated at home, at the "Krešimir Ćosić" hall. Without any drama, Zadar convincingly won 99-62 (27-17, 24-9, 18-10, 30-26), leaving Split without a chance at the championship title. This was the eighth final Split has lost. Young Hajduk Player Niko Sigur Chooses to Represent Croatia over Canada

May 30, 2023 - 19-year-old Hajduk player Niko Sigur has chosen to represent Croatia. The young footballer is on Dragan Skočić's preliminary list for the U-21 European Championship. Niko Kristian Sigur was born in Canada, where he grew up and played football until the beginning of 2022. He then moved to NK Radomlje, a partner club of Hajduk, and then to the Hajduk Academy. Sinković Brothers Secure Another European Gold Medal!

May 28, 2023 - The Sinković brothers have done it again, this time winning the gold medal at the European Championships in Bled! Croatian rowers Martin and Valent Sinković won the gold medal at the European Championships in Bled on Sunday morning. In the doubles final, the Sinković brothers won yet another European gold with a time of 6:07.00, which is a record at the European Championships. May 22, 2023 - Croatia national team coach Zlatko Dalić announced the players he is counting on for the UEFA Nations League finals which will be held from June 14 to 18 in the Netherlands. Jadran Split Wins Historic First Croatian Water Polo Championship Title!

May 17, 2023 - An incredible feat and a water polo first - Jadran Split has beat Jug to become the Croatian Water Polo Champion for the first time in the club's history!  The decisive fifth match of the Croatian water polo championship finals was held between Jadran and Jug on Wednesday at the Poljud swimming pool in Split.  All tickets for the final were sold out last week after the fourth final match. Sinković Brothers Take Gold at the World Rowing Cup in Zagreb!

May 7, 2023 - Brothers Martin and Valent Sinković won the double sculls gold medal at the World Rowing Cup, which is held at Jarun Lake in Zagreb. They led from the start of the race, followed closely by Spaniards Aleix Garcia Pujolar and Rodrigo Conde Romero, who eventually finished the race in second place.
