Prime Minister Certain Ruling Coalition Will Not Collapse

ZAGREB, September 5, 2018 - Prime Minister and Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) president Andrej Plenković said on Tuesday that the ruling majority in parliament was stable and that it would not fall if Darko Milinović returned to parliament, saying that he was prepared for all possible scenarios.

Lika Party Boss Expelled from HDZ

ZAGREB, September 3, 2018 - Darko Milinović, a member of the presidency of the ruling Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) and candidate for leader of the party's Lika-Senj County branch, has been expelled from the HDZ, the party's ethics committee decided on Monday.

HDZ to Expel Local Boss Who “Occupied” Party HQ?

ZAGREB, August 31, 2018 - The Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) presidency on Thursday evening initiated disciplinary proceedings against presidency member Darko Milinović due to political damage he caused to the party by his behaviour, and Milinović, who is currently Lika-Senj County Prefect, said he would not support HDZ leader, Prime Minister Andrej Plenković, in the event of his ouster from the party.
