ZAGREB, 29 Oct 2021 - At 3am on Sunday, October 31, clocks will be set one hour back, marking the end of daylight saving (summer) time and the start of standard (winter) time.
Trains that happen to be at railway stations at that time will stand still for an hour to adjust to the timetable.
Drivers are reminded that as of 1 November they are required to keep their headlights on at all times during winter time, until 31 March. Also, winter driving equipment is obligatory from 15 November to 15 April.
During winter time a low electricity tariff will be in place from 9pm to 7am.
