Hotels.com's "Loved by Guests" awards are based on authentic, verified reviews written by guests who have really stayed at the hotels. 

We all know that good, bad or terrible reviews can be crucial in choosing where you’ll pick for your next stay. After analyzing 20 million authentic reviews from guests who have stayed in hotels around the world, the company Hotels.com announced the winners of its program "Loved by Guests Awards 2016". Nineteen hotels from Croatia were included.
