ZAGREB, 2 Feb 2022 - The stockpiles of finished industrial goods at the end of December 2021 rose by 0.3% compared to figures from the previous month, but declined by 10.2% compared to December 2020, according to data released by the Croatian National Bureau of Statistics (DZS).

Broken down by main industrial groups, compared with November 2021, stockpiles of capital goods increased 3.8%, durable consumer goods by 3.7%, non-durable consumer goods by 3%, and energy stockpiles went up 2.7%.

On the other hand, stockpiles of intermediate goods decreased by 4.1%.

Contraction year-on-year

The stockpiles of capital goods declined 48.6% compared to December 2020, while the stockpiles of durable consumer goods went down by 15.9% and the stockpiles of both intermediate goods and energy fell by 14.1% each.

Stockpiles of non-durable consumer goods dipped 1.3%.

ZAGREB, 4 Dec, 2021 - Croatia's stockpiles of finished industrial goods in October 2021 were 1.6% higher than in the previous month and 10% lower than in October 2020, according to data from the National Bureau of Statistics (DZS).

Broken down by main industrial groupings, compared with  September 2021, energy stockpiles increased 5.7%, and stockpiles of non-durable consumer goods went up 3.7%

At the same time, stockpiles of capital goods contracted 12.7% month on month, and of durable consumer goods by 2.8%, whereas stockpiles of intermediate goods decreased 0.2% month on month.

Shrinking stockpiles year-on-year

Year-on-year, industrial stockpiles of capital goods in October shrank by 31% and of intermediate products by 16.2%, while energy stockpiles contracted by 14.9%. The durable consumer goods' stockpiles went down 9.9% and non-durable consumer goods by 0.9%.
