‘The Constitution’ (Ustav Republike Hrvatske) by director Rajko Grlić has been awarded best film at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival in the United States.

Croatia’s most anticipated movie of the year “Ustav Republike Hrvatske” (“The Croatian Constitution") won - by a unanimous decision of the jury - the "Grand Prix of America" award for best film at the prestigious Montreal World Film Festival. The cash prize given was 100,000 US Dollars.
