Continuing our coverage of the Mini Transat 6.50 regatta, the latest update on two Croatian participants on November 16, 2017
We've been following the progress of two Croatian participants in this year's Mini Transat, a challenging transatlantic solo race whose second leg is currently taking the competitors to the finish line in Le Marin in Martinique.
The first leg of the Mini Transat solo regatta came to a close with 56 competitors safely reaching the shore of Las Palmas on the Canary islands.
One of the most intimidating and challenging sailing races in the world, the Mini Transat 6.50 transatlantic solo regatta, kicked off in La Rochelle, France on October 1, 2017. The start saw 81 skippers, two of them our very own Vedran Kabalin and Slobodan Dado Velikić – the first Croats to compete since 2007!
