Anica Utkovic

Croatian born, raised and based freelance writer who likes to split her time between Rijeka and Istria. She currently enjoys the experience of motherhood – both challenges and rewards – while trying to maintain her sanity. Over the past 15 years since she graduated highschool, Anica worked mainly in office administration, but within several different industries. Having an avid interest in gastronomy, in 2015 she joined a web project on global food where she honed her writing skills working as a content writer and editor.
