Michel Percan

Born on the very last day of 1986, Michel Percan was raised and educated in the old and historical city of Pula in the region of Istria. In the early days, perhaps as part of both Balkan heritage and Istrian multiculturalism, he developed a sincere interest in the geopolitics and a wide range of different cultures and religions. Reading back then was trully essential. After finishing high-school in 2005, he decided that blogging would not be enough for his love of writing, so he dedicated most of his nights to his noir-novel passion. His first and for now only book "Gdje noć počinje / Where night starts" was published in 2011. Currentley, he is finishing economy at university in Pula while working for several years as a marketing and social media promotor. He was involved in several succesful stories that promoted Pula on the International level that included national TV of Serbia and the Al-Jazeera Balkans.
