I was born in what is in my humble opinion the most beautiful corner of the world - Split, Croatia. I got my bachelor’s degree from the University of Split, Faculty of business, economics, and tourism. I am currently living in Ljubljana, Slovenia where I am doing my master’s degree at the School of Economics and Business, University of Ljubljana, in the field of bank and financial management.  My main fields of interest are, but are not limited to; economy, finance, business, entrepreneurship, and politics. I participated in the 2021 CFA Research Challenge student competition where my teammates and I have won first place at the local level and Sub-regional level and went further to the Regional level. As a part of the Erasmus project, I spent one semester at the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, Bulgaria. Since having had the opportunity to study at three different universities in three different countries, I’m keen on comparing differences in the cultures and academic methods. I love to do research, analyse data, observe trends and derive powerful insight that can prove useful to the general public. My goal is to develop a career in the financial industry. One of my hobbies is travelling by van, which I spend my free time refurbishing for travelling across Croatia and Europe.
