At the 6th Tripicijada (Tripe cooking contest) in the cellars of the Tripalo Palace in Sinj, the best tripe was prepared by the Association of Children´s Alka Marić, reports Ferata.hr.
The pleasant smell at the cellars of the Tripalo Palace was present from the early afternoon hours, when the 6th Tripicijada of the Carnival Association of Sinj started. Some 280 plates of tripe and some 300 litres of wine were enjoyed.The next on the Sinj Carnival menu will be the Arambašijada (Arambaši cooking festival) on Saturday January 30, 2016. The Tripalo Palace is the place to be.
