The Dalmatian city of Sibenik is home to two UNESCO World Heritage Sites, as well as some impressive stone fortresses which have defended its residents over the centuries. Now known as one of the more innovative destinations combining heritage and tourism, Sibenik's St. Michael's Fortress has become one of the most picturesque and intimate concert arenas in Europe, attracting some global superstars such as last night's guest, Bryan Ferry.
