Croatia Logs 114 New Coronavirus Cases, 3 Deaths

ZAGREB, 3 July 2021 - In the last 24 hours, 114 new coronavirus cases and three COVID-related deaths have been registered in Croatia, the national coronavirus crisis management team reported on Saturday.

The total number of active cases currently stands at 581. Among them are 131 people receiving hospital treatment, including 11 who are placed on ventilators.

Since 25 February 2020, when the first case was confirmed in Croatia, a total of 360,181 people have been registered as having contracted the novel virus, of whom 8,215 have died and 351,385 have recovered, including 74 in the last 24 hours. Currently 3,273 people are in self-isolation.

So far 2,161,431 people have been tested for the coronavirus, including 4,055 in the last 24 hours.

As of 2 July, 2,633,195 doses of vaccines against COVID-19 have been administered, with 1,500,932 people having received at least one dose and 1,132,263 both doses. A total of 32,334 doses were administered on 2 July.

Croatia Registers 103 New Coronavirus Cases, 3 Deaths

ZAGREB, 1 July 2021 - In the past 24 hours, 103 coronavirus cases and three deaths have been registered in Croatia, the national COVID-19 crisis management team said on Thursday.

There are 525 active cases, including 151 hospitalized patients, 13 of whom are on ventilators, while 3,276 persons are self-isolating.

Croatia has registered 359,975 coronavirus cases to date, including 8,209 deaths and 351,241 recoveries, 71 of which in the past 24 hours.

To date, 2,153,014 persons have been tested for the virus, including 4,460 in the past 24 hours, and 2,568,877 vaccines have been administered, with 1,488,759 having received at least one dose and 1,080,118 both.

Croatia Logs 86 New Coronavirus Cases, 1 Death

ZAGREB, 26 June 2021 - Croatia has registered 86 new coronavirus cases and one COVID-related death in the last 24 hours, the national coronavirus crisis management team reported on Saturday.

Currently there are 560 active cases in Croatia, of whom 208 are receiving hospital treatment, including 13 patients who are on ventilators.

Since 25 February 2020, when the first case was confirmed in the country, a total of 359,607 people have been registered as having contracted the novel virus, of whom 8,197 have died and 350,850 have recovered, including 77 in the last 24 hours. Currently, 3,625 people are self-isolating.

To date, a total of 2,132,353 people have been tested for the virus, including 3,834 in the last 24 hours.

As of 25 June, 2,502,912 doses of vaccine against COVID-19 have been administered; 1,472,708 people have received at least one vaccine dose and 1,030,204 of them have received both doses.

Croatia Registers 101 New Coronavirus Cases, Two Deaths

ZAGREB, 24 June 2021 - In the past 24 hours, Croatia registered 101 new COVID cases and two people have died, the national COVID response team said on Thursday.

There are currently 542 active cases in the country and 241 people are in hospital treatment, 15 of whom are on ventilators.

Since the first case was registered in Croatia in February last year, there have been a total of 359,403 cases of contagion registered in Croatia, 74 of whom were registered in the past 24 hours.

There are 3,818 people in self-isolation.

To date, a total of 2,124,510 people have been tested, including 5,051 in the past 24 hours.

As of 23 June, a total of 2,424,695 doses of vaccine had been administered, with 1,462,287 receiving at least one dose and 962,408 receiving both shots.

ZAGREB, 19 June 2021 - In the past 24 hours, 84 coronavirus cases and one death have been registered in Croatia, the national COVID-19 crisis management team said on Saturday.

There are 666 active cases, including 291 hospitalized patients, 24 of whom are on ventilators.

To date, Croatia has registered 359,115 coronavirus cases, including 8,169 deaths and 350,280 recoveries, with 117 in the past 24 hours.

Croatia's Coronavirus Update: 95 New Cases, Three Deaths, 148 Recoveries

ZAGREB, 17 June 2021 - In the last 24 hours, of 5,192 tests performed for coronavirus in Croatia, 95 (1.8%) have returned positive, the country's COVID-19 crisis management team reported on Thursday.

The COVID-related death toll has increased by three to 8,165.

There are currently 745 active cases, and 342 of them are hospitalized patients, including 25 placed on ventilators. As many as 4,344 are self-isolating.

Since the first registered case of the infection with this novel virus in Croatia on 25 February 2020, 2,097,393 people have been tested, and 358,918 of them have contracted the virus. To date 350,008 have recovered, including 148 recoveries in the last 24 hours.

To date, 1,428,340 people have been given at least one shot against this novel virus, and 790,856 have fully been inoculated.

Croatia Registers 184 New COVID Cases, 7 Deaths

ZAGREB, 10 June 2021 - In the past 24 hours, Croatia has registered 184 new COVID cases while seven people have died, the national COVID-19 response team said on Thursday.

There are currently 1,290 active cases in the country, including 482 hospitalized patients, 48 of whom are on ventilators.

A total of 358,245 cases of coronavirus have been registered since the outbreak of the disease in February 2020 and 8,110 people have died. A total of 348,845 people have recovered, with 217 of them recovering in the past 24 hours.

Currently, 6,865 people are in self-isolation.

To date, a total of 2,065,437 people have been tested for the virus, including 5,435 in the past 24 hours.

By 9 June a total of 1,986,929 doses of vaccines were administered. So far 1,370,306 people have received at least one dose while 616,623 have received both shots.

Croatia's Coronavirus Update: 280 New Cases, 14 Deaths, 312 Recoveries

ZAGREB, 3 June 2021 - Over the past 24 hours, Croatia has registered 280 new cases of the coronavirus infection and there have been 14 related deaths, the national COVID-19 crisis management team said on Thursday.

The number of active cases today stands at 1,945. There are 653 patients in hospitals, 66 of whom are on ventilators.

Since 25 February 2020, when the first case of the infection was registered in Croatia, a total of 357,109 people have been registered as having contracted the novel coronavirus, 8,056 of them have died, and 347,108 have recovered, including 312 in the last 24 hours.

There are currently 9,603 people in self-isolation.

To date, 2,032,200 people have been tested, including 6,049 over the past 24 hours.

As of 2 June, 1,847,314 vaccine doses have been used, with 1,312,272 people receiving at least one dose, including 535,042 people who have received both doses.

Croatia's Coronavirus Update: 338 New Cases, Ten Deaths, 497 Recoveries

ZAGREB, 29 May 2021 - In the last 24 hours, 5,971 tests have been conducted for coronavirus, and 5.6%, that is 338 have turned out to be positive, Croatia's COVID-19 crisis management team reported on Saturday.

The COVID-related death toll has risen by 10 to 8,002.

There are currently 2,557 active cases, including 819 hospitalised patients of whom 88 are on ventilators.

Since 25 February 2020 when Croatia registered its first case of infection with coronavirus, more than two million tests have been conducted, showing that 355,955 people have caught the virus. Of them 345,396 have recovered, including 497 recoveries in the last 24 hours.

Currently, 11,510 people are self-isolating.

Over 1.72 million COVID vaccines administered so far

By Friday, 1,722,430 doses of vaccines against this infectious disease have been administered in Croatia. So far, 1.254,659 people have received at least one shot of the vaccine, and of them 467,771 have fully been vaccinated.

On Friday alone, 35,845 vaccine jabs were given.

Croatia Registers 375 New Coronavirus Cases, 10 COVID-Related Deaths

ZAGREB, 27 May 2021 - Croatia has registered 375 new cases of coronavirus infection and ten more infected people have died in the past 24 hours, the national COVID response team said on Thursday.

There are currently 2,968 active cases in the country and 968 hospitalized patients with 95 of them on ventilators.

To date, a total of 1,994,545 people have been tested for the contagion, with 6,319 tests conducted in the past 24 hours and the share of the positive tests being 6%.

As of Thursday, 1,645,332 doses of vaccines have been administered. To date, 1,221,109 people have received at least one dose of a vaccine while 424,223 have received both shots.

Since 25 February when the first coronavirus case was detected in Croatia, to date, there have been 355,296 registered cases and 7,981 people have died as a consequence.

A total of 344,347 people have recovered of whom 509 in the past 24 hours.

There are currently 12,259 people in self-isolation.
