After the opening of the exhibition which presented the bidding works of designers who participated in the international architectural competition for the preliminary design of the new Hotel Belvedere in Dubrovnik, the winning design by 3LHD Dubrovnik was publicly presented in a video simulation showing the new look of the hotel.

The new Hotel Belvedere in Dubrovnik is planned to be built on the ruins of the former hotel that was destroyed during the Siege of Dubrovnik during the War of Independence in 1991. The new hotel will have only 50 rooms, all of which will be above the five-star category.
