In less than a month, Split will become the global center for all things “olives”. From October 10 to 14, for the world's largest olive growing meeting, the VIII International Olive Symposium will be held at hotel Le Meridien Lav in Podstrana. The symposium will discuss the most important topics and latest discoveries about olives and olive oil production throughout the world.
