This festive weekend of Christmas 2016 brought a very high increase in the number of arrivals and overnight stays in Dubrovnik.

After record-breaking results at the height of the tourist season and reaching 3 million arrivals for the first time in history, Dubrovnik, as a leading Croatian tourist brand, continues to record excellent tourist traffic. This year there was even a significant growth in tourist traffic in November, reaching numbers that have never before been recorded during this month.

In the first ten months of this year in Dubrovnik, most arrivals came from the United Kingdom, Germany, France, USA, Spain, Croatian, Sweden, Finland, Australia and Italy. Today, Dubrovnik expects guest number one million.

Dubrovnik Tourist Board is continuing with free winter programs for tourists who are staying in Dubrovnik during the winter months. This winter program exists in an effort to encourage tourist visits during the winter.
