ZAGREB, 24 Aug, 2021 - The main Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) indices increased on Tuesday for the second day in a row amid a total turnover of HRK 12.6 million with HRK 5.5 million via a block transaction of the Atlantic Group's stock and trading of Adris Group's preferred shares.

The Crobex increased by 0.35% to 1,961.18 points while the Crobex10 closed at 1,203.43 points, up 0.13%.

The transport sector index recorded the greatest increase of 1.29% on Tuesday among sector indices, while the construction sector index fell by 3.14%.

Regular turnover amounted to HRK 7.1 million, about 1.1 million less than on Monday, however, overall liquidity improved with block trading of the Atlantic food group's stock amounting to HRK 2.9 million and closing at a price of HRK 1,510. With a turnover of almost HRK 2.6 million, the Adris insurance group's preferred shares also helped boost liquidity. Adris shares traded at a price of HRK 430.

The highest turnover of HRRK 1.8 million in regular trading was generated by the Valamar Riviera hotel group with the price of its share increasing by 0.34% to HRK 29.30.

The Ericsson Nikola Tesla company generated a turnover of HRK 1.5 million, and its shares closed at a price of HRK 1,715, up 0.59%.

The Atlantska Plovidba shipping company generated a turnover of HRK 1.1 million. The price of its share jumped by 2.97% to close at HRK 451.

Thirty-six stocks traded today, with 14 increasing in price and nine decreasing, while 13 remained stable.
