All lovers of premium beer and simply lovers of having a good time are invited to join the second annual Zadar Craft Beer Festival. This year festival will take place from August 26-28 from 17h-00h, taking place on the lower Riva at Obala Kralja Petra Krešimira IV.
Boasting over 12 microbreweries with over 30 types of beer, this event was organized initially to introduce beer lovers to top quality beer, produced with love by local and small craft breweries, in a single commonplace. This way, visitors would be able to know the brewery inside out, and learn about the production of the beer they’re drinking firsthand.
The event is always accompanied by regional musicians, and this year’s program includes:
26.08: KAWASAKI 3p (Zageb)
27.08: M.O.R.T. (Sinj) + MJUZIKL (Zagreb)
Both days will also include top DJs.
Following last year’s lead, the event will also be complete with a gastronomic touch, introducing the best of Croatian cuisine. Combining the best nutritional products in the food industry and from small farms (OPG), drinks will be had based on domestic juices, homemade liqueurs and brandies, domestic craft beers and excellent local wines. Food is based on selected food products, such as excellent local cheeses and salami, grilled meat and grilled selections of fresh fish.
Last year the festival also boasted a craft beer shop, enabling festival goers the ability to buy craft beer from the festival exclusively in beer bottles.
