This Thursday, Croatian Favorite Psihomodo Pop at O'Hara!

By 31 July 2016

Just announced, Psihomodo Pop, one of the biggest bands to come out of Zagreb, will play O’Hara in Split this Thursday, August 4.

Zagreb group Psihomodo Pop was created back in 1983 from the collapse from the band called Neron. Psihomodo Pop’s musical expression was to build on the solid foundations of post punk rock, from the beginning being an important determinant; hosting fierce and compelling concerts compared to the likes of the Rolling Stones, Ramones, and Iggy Pop.

Psihomodo Pop initially gained fame across former Yugoslavia in 1988 after the release of their debut album Godina zmaja (The Year of the Dragon). After MTV success, many tours across the world, and an opening act for the Ramones, it’s safe to say they have gained the respect and success they deserved.

The audience at Psihomodo Pop concerts are able to see and feel the way that rock and roll is; not just about music but also a lifestyle.

With that said, Split is welcoming with open arms the return of Psihomodo Pop. See you Thursday at O’Hara!

Presale tickets are 40kn at Cafe Mythos, the day of the concert tickets are 50kn.
