New Restaurant on the Split Scene: Artičok Art Food Bar

By 14 August 2016

Having opened a little over a week ago, Artičok is a brand new restaurant and fusion food concept in the center of Split.

Although we have yet to try Artičok, we can say that the menu and atmosphere is enticing enough. Having opened its doors just a week ago, curious patrons are thoroughly eyeing this new Split institution, and it’s not hard to see why.

The menu boasts everything from homemade tortillas for their sea bass tacos or pulled pork tacos, pulled beed pitas, tiger prawn bao, sea bass ceviche served with mashed peas and sweet potato chips, vegan curries and pates like homemade chicken liver served with roasted pepper relish of caviar made with Sriracha and balsamic.

Because this is more of a teaser to get you off the couch on a Sunday night to go try it out, we’ll be sure to update you with our in depth review once we can get off the couch too. One thing is for sure: this new fusion style restaurant has thus far had full tables, good energy, and even more positive reviews, and we can’t wait to see what’s in store.

Artičok is located at Bana Josipa Jelačića 19.
