The legendary Rolling Stones have been on stage for more than half a century, making them one of the longest-running rock and roll bands of all time. Their famous performance in Cuba this year will hit Croatian film screens this month.
A band who has left an indelible mark etched in music history, the Rolling Stones’ bluesy rock and roll beats and incredible stage charisma redefined the music of the 60’s and 70’s. If any group has managed to achieve the greatest rock and roll dream, it is certainly the Rolling Stones.
In March of this year, the Stones held a historic free concert in Cuba, performing there for the first time in their long career. An impressive 1.2 million people sang popular Stones songs in unison, screaming “Angie”, “Satisfaction”, and “Paint it Black” at the top of their lungs.
This concert of epic proportions called “Havana Moon - The Rolling Stones Live in Cuba” will premiere in cinemas around the globe on Friday, September 23rd at 20h. Croatian viewers can see this unique concert exclusively at CineStar cinemas, for one night only. Splićani, rejoice!
“Havana Moon - The Rolling Stones Live in Cuba” is the first in a series of “Spectacle at CineStar”, a special program in its 6th season, bringing real music and dance treats to CineStar locations around Croatia.
For the 2016/2017 season, viewers will have the opportunity to see a live broadcast of the world's best opera and ballet performances from the Royal Opera House - one of the world's most famous stages, as well as musicals and concerts by world famous artists.
