Split to Get Medical Research Centre Worth More Than €80 Million

ZAGREB, 9 Feb 2022 - A tender for design documentation for a future medical research centre in Split was presented in the coastal city on Wednesday. The project to build the centre, which will be located on the premises of the city's Križine Hospital, is worth slightly more than €80 million, including equipment. The cost of design documentation is slightly less than HRK 8 million, with the entire amount provided by the EU. The project partner is the Split Faculty of Medicine. February 9th, 2022 - Milan Grozić, an 80 year old man from Istria, donated over 400,000 kuna of his life savings to several health clinics in Croatia Milan Grozić, an economist from Istria who has been retired for 15 years, made several sizable donations to multiple medical facilities, reports Glas Istre/Gordana Čalić Šverko. Croatia Logs 11,299 COVID Cases, Nearly 4,000 Fewer Than Last Wednesday

ZAGREB, 9 Feb 2022 - In the last 24 hours 11,299 coronavirus cases have been registered in Croatia, nearly 4,000 fewer than last Wednesday, as well as 37 related deaths, the national COVID-19 crisis management team said on Wednesday. "Blue Line" Tourist Map for Wheelchair-bound Created

ZAGREB, 9 Feb 2022 - The Blue Line help service has, with the support of the Zagreb Tourist Board, created a map for wheelchair-bound individuals visiting downtown Zagreb and other tourist attractions in the city. ZAGREB, 9 Feb 2022 - Organisers of the Terry Fox Run in Croatia have donated HRK 50,000 raised in this year's anti-cancer week to Dr. Mladen Ćepulić, Department of Oncology and Haematology at the Children's Hospital Zagreb.
