Bol Tourist Board Director Markito Marinkovic Consults Constitutional Court on New Law

May the 25th, 2022 - The new Law on Tourist Boards and the Promotion of Croatian Tourism, more precisely the legal provisions which entered into force on the 1st of January this year, has made it so that the term of office of elected directors of tourist boards will now last for four years, and contracts concluded for indefinite periods will be changed to fixed-term contracts. Huge Sums Secured for Post-Pandemic Croatian Tourism Recovery

May the 25th, 2022 - A massive 1.3 billion kuna has been secured for Croatian tourism recovery following to unprecedented pandemic-dominated years in which very little, if anything, was realised at all. Milanović Tells Serbia Indictment Against Croatian Pilots Will Cost It

Croatia, Italy Sign Agreement on Exclusive Economic Zone Demarcation

ZAGREB, 24 May 2022 - Croatia and Italy have signed an agreement on the demarcation of exclusive economic zones, Croatian Foreign Minister Gordan Grlić Radman said in Rome on Tuesday, calling the document historic for the two countries' relations. EC Again Calls for Admitting Croatia, Bulgaria and Romania to Schengen

Croatian President Rules Out Possibility of Armed Conflicts in BiH

€25m Granted to Increase Solar and Geothermal Energy Capacities

ZAGREB, 24 May 2022 - Minister of Regional Development and EU Funds Nataša Tramišak handed over 35 grant agreements worth €24.7 mn for projects to increase solar and geothermal energy capacities as part of the Energy and Climate Change Programme. The funds have been secured within the European Economic Area Financial Mechanism (2014-2021). Ninety-two applications were received for this competition. HAC Motorway Operator to Full Digitize Its Services by Year's End

ZAGREB, 24 May 2022 - The state-run Hrvatske Autoceste (HAC) motorway operator is going to digitize the network of motorways and the digitization is to be completed by the end of this year, the Jutarnji List daily reported on Tuesday.
