Record Summer Season is Possible, But It's Too Early to Be Certain

February 15, 2022 - It is reasonable to believe in a possible record summer season in 2022 due to the number of reservations. However, low vaccination rates, rising energy prices, and other factors may still interfere, warns Tomislav Fain, head of the Association of Croatian Travel Agencies. Romantic Vinkovci: Roses, London Phone Box in Europe's Oldest Town

February 14, 2022 - Looking for a Valentine's Day photo-op with a difference? Head to romantic Vinkovci, whose famous London red telephone box has undergone a love transformation. It is one of the most surreal things I have seen in my time in Croatia. Until I saw the rest of the story.  There, slap bang in the middle of the oldest continuously inhabited town in Europe (8,300 years) in eastern Croatia, stood a well-maintained, genuine red London telephone box. Which actually still worked.   And is lovingly maintained.   But if you visit today, you will see something even more unusual, as…
