Agrokor's former top dog posts a new blog entry.
Ivica Todorić takes to his blog on November the 20th, 2017 and this time Hong Kong is dragged into the ever complicated equation.
As usual we bring you the former Agrokor majority owner's latest blog post translated in full into English below:
''In my criminal report, which I filed on the 27th of October, 2017, I pointed out the illegality in relation to the conclusion of the roll-up loan contract, together with the contract on the founding of a pledged right. There are serious doubts around the perpetration of a whole series of criminal acts [carried out] by Ante Ramljak and others!
Namely, for some time the public has known that the so called roll-up credit, which Agrokor concluded with some selected creditors, secured by the pledge on the assets of Belje, Ledo, Jamnica and PIK Vrbovec, to the benefit of Madison Pacific Trust Ltd. from Hong Kong.
Therefore, the question arises, why is this contract on the establishment of a pledged right not available to the public?
Ante Ramljak, as a commissioner of the government of the Republic of Croatia, has an obligation to publicly announce [make the public aware] all of the contracts he concludes on behalf of Agrokor. That's why I invite (call upon) Prime Minister Plenković to present this agreement (contract) to the Croatian public!
In addition, the question arises as to why the pledge right was not based on the benefit of a creditor, but in the benefit (in favour) of Madison Pacific Ltd., a Hong Kong based trust? How Prime Minister Plenković is so steadfastly and accurately defending a roll-up contract speaks about the fact that he's aware of this crime from the outset. With whom did Plenković talk about a roll-up agreement?''
