Agrokor's business data for last year should be known at the end of next month.

ZAGREB, February 10, 2018 - The director of AlixPartners, the consultant in the restructuring of the Agrokor conglomerate, has said that replacing the emergency administrator in the indebted group, Ante Ramljak, would endanger the restructuring and that he believes the process will be completed within the legal deadline.

ZAGREB, February 9, 2018 - The association of minority shareholders in the ailing Agrokor food conglomerate on Friday presented a draft settlement plan for Agrokor d.d. which, among other things, recommends the restructuring of only those companies with negative capital, that is, the conglomerate's core businesses, Agrokor d.d. and the Konzum supermarket chain.

ZAGREB, February 8, 2018 - Economy Minister Martina Dalić has called on the Temporary Creditors' Council in the ailing Agrokor conglomerate, to agree on a schedule of activities by the middle of next week so that creditors can vote on proposed settlements as soon as possible and to finalise the emergency administration procedure, the ministry said in a press release on Thursday.

ZAGREB, February 6, 2018 - Prime Minister Andrej Plenković said on Tuesday he had not known about the fees of the consultants for the restructuring of the Agrokor group, adding that he did not support their amounts, that he would give his assessment after examining a report from Agrokor emergency administrator Ante Ramljak and that, in the Agrokor case, the government had done the only right decision by adopting a law on emergency administration in systemic companies.

ZAGREB, February 5, 2018 - The government-appointed emergency administrator in the ailing Agrokor conglomerate, Ante Ramljak, on Monday submitted documents to the government related to the hiring of consultants in Agrokor, the government said, adding that it will analyse the documents in detail and then decide on further steps.

ZAGREB, February 3, 2018 - Social Democratic Party (SDP) leader Davor Bernardić said on Saturday that the fees charged by firms acting as consultants in the process of restructuring of the Agrokor company were a legal rip-off and that Economy Minister Martina Dalić's claims that she had not been aware of the amount of those frees were scandalous and humiliated citizens and Agrokor employees.
