Croatia Registers 1,979 New Coronavirus Cases, 12 Deaths

ZAGREB, 28 July 2022 - Croatia has registered 1,979 new coronavirus cases and 12 COVID-related deaths in the last 24 hours, the national coronavirus response team reported on Thursday.

The number of active cases in the country stands at 11,069, including 660 people being treated in hospital, of whom 19 are placed on ventilators, while 5,630 people are self-isolating.

Since 25 February 2020, when the first case was reported in Croatia, 1,182,836 people have been registered as having contracted the novel SARS-CoV-2 virus, of whom 16,277 have died, and 1,155,490 have recovered, including 1,223 in the last 24 hours.

To date, 59.57 per cent of the total population, or 70.84 per cent of adults, have received one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, while 68.81 per cent of adults have received two doses.

Croatia Logs 1,076 New COVID Cases, 11 Deaths

ZAGREB, 24 July 2022 - In the last 24 hours, 1,076 coronavirus cases, out of 3,109 tests, and 11 related deaths have been registered in Croatia, the national COVID-19 crisis management team said on Sunday, adding that there are 10,302 active cases.

Hospitalisations stand at 595, including 13 patients on ventilators, while 5,563 persons are self-isolating.

Croatia has registered 1,177,595 coronavirus cases to date, the death toll is 16,217, and 70.84% of adults have ben vaccinated, including 68.80% fully.

Croatia Registers 1,793 New Coronavirus Cases, 7 Deaths

ZAGREB, 21 July 2022 - Croatia has registered 1,793 new coronavirus cases and seven COVID-related deaths in the last 24 hours, the national coronavirus response team reported on Thursday.

The number of active cases currently stands at 10,965, of whom 578 infected persons are being treated in hospital, including 15 placed on ventilators, while 5,196 persons are self-isolating.

Since 25 February 2020, when the first case was confirmed in Croatia, 1,173,374 people have been registered as having contracted the novel SARS-CoV-2 virus, of whom 16,188 have died, and 1,146,221 have recovered, including 1,197 in the last 24 hours.

A total of 59.56 per cent of the total population, or 70.84 per cent of adults, have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, and 68.80 per cent of the adult population have been vaccinated twice.

Croatia Logs 1,763 New Coronavirus Cases, 5 Deaths

ZAGREB, 14 July 2022 - In the past 24 hours, 1,763 coronavirus cases, out of 4,617 tests and five related deaths have been registered in Croatia, the national COVID-19 crisis management team said on Thursday.

There are 9,587 active cases, including 471 hospitalised patients, 17 of whom are on ventilators, while 4,389 persons are self-isolating.

To date, Croatia has registered 1,163,824 coronavirus cases, the death toll is 16,135 and 70.83% of the adult population has been vaccinated.

Croatia Reports 813 New Coronavirus Cases

ZAGREB, 3 July 2022 - In the last 24 hours, 813 coronavirus cases, out of 2,798 tests, and six related deaths have been registered in Croatia, the national COVID-19 crisis management team said on Sunday.

There are 6,336 active cases, including 275 hospitalized patients, five of whom are on ventilators, while 3,142 persons are self-isolating.

To date, Croatia has registered 1,151,466 coronavirus cases, the death toll is 16,079, and 70.82% of the adult population has been vaccinated, including 68.78% fully.

Croatia Reports 1,148 New COVID Cases, Five Deaths

ZAGREB, 30 June 2022 - In the last 24 hours 1,148 coronavirus cases, out of 3,532 tests, and five related deaths have been registered in Croatia.

There are 5,261 active cases, including 245 hospitalised patients, five of whom are on ventilators, while 2,682 persons are self-isolating.

Croatia Logs 175 New COVID Cases, Four Deaths

ZAGREB, 23 June 2022 - Croatia has registered 175 new COVID-19 cases and four related deaths in the last 24 hours, the national COVID-19 crisis management team reported on Thursday.

Currently, there are 2,770 active cases, and 210 patients in hospital treatment, including five patients on ventilators.

Since 25 February 2020, when the first infection with the novel SARS-CoV-2 virus was confirmed in the country, COVID-19 has claimed 16,043 lives in Croatia.

As of 22 June 2022, 59.54% of the total population or 70.81% of the adult population has been vaccinated.

Croatia Registers 422 New Coronavirus Cases, No Deaths

ZAGREB, 16 June 2022 - Croatia has registered 422 new coronavirus cases and no COVID-related deaths in the last 24 hours, the national COVID response team reported on Thursday.

Currently, 2,332 people in the country are infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Among them are 152 who are being treated in hospital, including six who are placed on ventilators, while 1,108 persons are self-isolating.

To date, 5,256,249 vaccine doses have been administered and 59.54 per cent of the total population, i.e. 70.81 per cent of adults, have been vaccinated.

A total of 2,315,142 persons have received at least one dose and 2,244,688 of them have been fully vaccinated, which is 68.76 per cent of the adult population.

ZAGREB, 12 June 2022 - In the last 24 hours, 204 coronavirus cases, out of 1,654 tests, and three related deaths have been registered in Croatia, the national COVID-19 crisis management team said on Sunday.

There are 1,896 active cases, including 153 hospitalised patients, five of whom are on ventilators.

Croatia Logs 285 New Coronavirus Cases

ZAGREB, 10 June 2022 - In the last 24 hours, 285 coronavirus cases, out of 1,835 tests, and two related deaths have been registered in Croatia, the national COVID-19 crisis management team said on Friday.

There are 2,125 active cases, including 165 hospitalised patients, six of whom are on ventilators.

To date, Croatia has registered 1,139,319 coronavirus cases, the death toll is 16,014, and 68.76% of the adult population has been fully vaccinated.
