Frozen Bank Accounts a Burden for Many in Croatia

ZAGREB, January 24, 2018 - At the end of November 2017, there were 322,782 Croatians whose bank accounts had been frozen due to default payments, owing a total of 42.80 billion kuna, and Zagreb had the largest number of debtors - 63,316, owing 12.36 billion kuna.
