ZAGREB, May 31, 2018 - The Office of the High Representatives in Bosnia and Herzegovina (OHR) and embassies of influential Western countries on Wednesday sent an open letter to the Croatian Democratic Union of BH (HDZ BiH) and the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) accusing them on intentionally obstructing the adoption of amendments to the election legislation and the leaders of the two parties, Dragan Ćović and Milorad Dodik, of behaviour that undermines the fight against crime and corruption.
ZAGREB, May 24, 2018 - Legal experts of the Council of Europe's Venice Commission on Thursday wrapped up consultations with representatives of political parties in Bosnia and Herzegovina about possible amendments to the election law without any concrete results but with a tentative agreement to continue talks at the start of June, at the level of party presidents.

ZAGREB, May 2, 2018 - In a joint statement on Wednesday, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini and Commissioner for European Neighbourhood and Enlargement Policy Johannes Hahn called on political leaders in Bosnia and Herzegovina to amend the country's election law in accordance with a ruling by the country's Constitutional Court, and warned that forming a new government in autumn could be jeopardised if that was not done.
