On the tallest terrace, by constructing one-metre-high supporting walls, an additional space will open up for a cafe bar and a beach volleyball court. The sanitary facility will fit into the southeastern wall. Newly-built cascades will have autochthonous greenery and Mediterranean plants. The construction of a smaller bio cesspool is also planned for the needs of the coffee bar and sanitary facility.

The implementation of the whole project is planned in two phases, where the first phase includes the protection of existing trees and valuable greenery, the removal of the damaged walls on the highest terrace and the rough leveling of the terrain, the installation of plumbing system for the cafe bar and the sanitary facility, the construction of the sanitary facilities and the retaining wall for the highest terrace. The plan is to fill the highest terrace with sand, fill the land between the supporting walls, provide a sanitary infrastructure for the beach and the cafe and to provide communal beach equipment.
