The Croatian State Property Ministry is preparing new lease and sale tenders.
As Poslovni Dnevnik/Marija Crnjak writes on the 16th of April, 2018, the Croatian State Property Ministry is preparing bids for the lease of the island of Smokvica, the sale of Hotel Croatia and Hotel Iž, as well as numerous other properties, all of which will be announced before the end of this month.
The rental price of the island of Smokvica, formerly under the operation of the now disgraced Todorić family, the ''Agrokor dynasty'', will stand at around four million kuna a year. The picturesque island lies near Rogoznica in Šibenik-Knin County, and was, as mentioned, used by the former Agrokor boss, Ivica Todorić and his family for more than ten years. Upon returning the island into the hands of the state last autumn, as well as all the buildings on it, the Ministry said that this island and its various facilities were in fact being used by the Todorić family illegally, and therefore announced its long-term lease.
The bid for the sale of the two-star Hotel Croatia in Baška Voda on the Makarska Riviera is also being prepared, at a price standing at about 54 million kuna, as well as the sale of Hotel Iž in Zadar through a public tender, the value of this property is still awaiting a price tag.
After many unsuccessful attempts to sell and/or lease for more than fifteen years, the Czech villa on the gorgeous island of Vis will be offered through a public lease once again, this time, as they state from the competent ministry itself, with the right to build there.
Villa Lovorka in Lovran will also be placed on sale at an estimated 6 million kuna, new bids for the sale of villas in Grškovićeva street in Zagreb, as well as for land in Stankovci have also been announced.
