ZAGREB, April 30, 2018 - The Port of Rijeka posted revenues of 40.7 million kuna in the first quarter of 2018, down by 9% compared to Q1 2017, and total expenditures fell by 4% to 39.5 million kuna.
Pre-tax profit came to 1.2 million kuna, being slashed by 68% compared to the first quarter of 2017.
The amount of cargo handled by the port was reduced by 9% to 1.074 million tonnes, due to a 27% drop in the volume of bulk cargo handled by this largest Croatian seaport.
