ZAGREB, 29 December, 2021 - The Adris Group plans to to invest HRK 3.2 billion by 2024, of which 80% or HRK 2.5 billion in the tourism sector, the tourism and insurance group's Director of Corporate Communications, Predrag Grubić, told Hina on Wednesday.
Adris will thus invest over HRK 800 million per year in tourism, said Grubić, adding that they were planning to invest in the renovation of Zagreb hotels (the renovation of Panorama is already under way, and Westin is next), as well as in the renovation of Hotel Marjan in Split. The largest part of the investment will be related to these three hotels, but they also plan to continue investing in their tourist resorts.
In the insurance sector, Croatia Osiguranje plans to invest HRK 410 million, said Grubić, adding these were primarily investments in digitalisation.
The Adris Group also plans to invest HRK 230 million in healthy food by 2024, that is in Cromaris, and the remaining HRK 37 million refers to daily investments.
"Acquisitions are not included in this three-year investment cycle," Grubić said.
