Hatch is Here to Try to Reshape Loyalty Programme Market

By 17 May 2016

And it comes with “egg points”.

“Hatch!” is a novelty on the loyalty programme market, and it aims to change the way a customer community is being created. This loyalty programme comes from the Rijeka-based company LogIn, encompassing three tools: CRM, marketing and loyalty. It represents a unique, efficient system of contemporary business that reduces the costs for companies, while the end customer can enjoy its benefits via a mobile app, reports Poslovni.hr on May 17, 2016.

The combination of all these tools is exactly what makes Hatch! so different and special. A comprehensive, integrated, three-in-one system should allow companies to improve their business operations. Meanwhile, the customers will finally get an app through which they will be able to constantly monitor the points that are readily available to them.

“This is an entirely new and, most of all, a unique loyalty system in Croatia that could involve an unlimited number of partners, service providers and products. By connecting small and medium businesses, their operations are being improved, and this is also stimulating for business environment in Croatia. All this is also convenient for the buyer, who is getting an access to discounts and to other convenient features inside only one device – their own mobile phone”, said Davor Slavić, the director of LogIn.

How does Hatch work? Customers are collecting points – “Eggs”. To have an insight into the status of their points at any moment they can use Hatch! mobile app, and through the app they can easily use the “Eggs” they have collected and thus make faster spending decisions. At the POS register, the customer can receive a new amount of “Eggs” or simply use the collected ones for a more favourable purchase. Meanwhile, while the buyer is enjoying all the advantages of the loyalty system, their consumer habits are being monitored and measured with the assistance of a back-office application. With the final analysis of the customer’s behaviour, a company can create and adjust its promotional campaigns in order to better communicate with buyers and influence their behaviour.

“With the use of Hatch!, companies will drastically reduce production costs. Our clients will get rid of the expenses related to brochures and cards production and similar advertising costs, which will be eliminated with the use of Hatch”, said Damir Tabulov-Strelov, a development engineer at LogIn.
