By 18 June 2016

Famous Croatian attractions have been occupying a lot of space in the media lately, and that is something we are more than happy with, because who wouldn’t want to praise the beauty of this country?

Most recently and perhaps most famous, the Croatian city of Zadar was mentioned by none other than highly acclaimed New York Magazine, releasing a video on their Facebook page dedicated to the Zadar Sea Organ.

In less than 60 seconds, producer Eva Hill and Cait Munro have made an effort to to compile clips from YouTube, as well as important information about the famous sea organ, through a unique combination of architecture and music. Although they refer to our sea as an “ocean”, they mention that the sound is generated by the waves of the sea, and that it is the world’s largest aerophone. The authors also mention that sea organ architect Nikola Bašić installed the organ in 2005.
