A brand new gastronomic delight has opened in Zadar, already ranking in the “must try” category. Meet Bon Appetit.
Bon Appetit opened its doors to anxious patrons yesterday, and we can see why. With its stunning interiors and enticing menu, Bon Appetit is already at the forefront of fine dining and class, without dismissing anyone from joining the party.
The interiors are decorated with a rustic feel, with pale blues, soft pastels, and gold accents livening up the already welcoming room. The pleasant feel of the dining room is perfectly combined with the carefully designed menu, inspired by Dalmatian and Mediterranean traditions coupled with a modern twist.

The menu begins with aperitifs, ranging from a martini royale to a mojito. The appetizers boast sea bass, beef, or octopus carpaccios, their highly recommended beef tenderloin strip salad, and a calamari salad with fava beans to name a few. The main dishes reel you in, serving up everything from homemade pasta aglio olio peperoncino with prawns to barbecue pork ribs with young potatoes. Other standout dishes are the lamb pasticada, beef medallions with truffles and cauliflower puree, and the gnocchi Zadar style. For desserts you can choose from an orange and vanilla creme brulee to a raspberry cheesecake, affogato, and chocolate mousse with carob.
