The unique beauty of Kopački Rit nature park will soon adorn a promotional tourism video created by the Osijek-Baranja tourism board and violinist Ana Rucner as the author of the project. Award-winning filmmakers Mario Romulić and Dražen Stojčić from the multimedia studio Romulić&Stojčić, together with director Goran Markovanović, filmed very attractive scenes of unspoiled nature. Scenes were filmed in several locations, with Ana in a fabulous long white dress by the fashion duo Elfs. The musical score of this tourism video will be Ravel’s Bolero, adapted for the purpose, to evoke the mystic authenticity of Kopački Rit. The make-up is the work of Mihaela Dodić, while still images were recorded by Ines Ljubetić Fišer from Atelje 130. The video is expected to be unveiled in a month, OsijekNews.hr reported on October 26, 2016.

Osijek-Baranja County Prefect dr.sc. Vladimir Šišljagić accepted the proposal by Ana Rucner to create a promotional tourism video which would showcase the beauty of Kopački Rit and expressed his great pleasure in seeing the beauty and uniqueness of this nature park promoted by Ana Rucner, a highly qualified Croatian musician who has received many domestic and international awards for her tourism videos.

The video presents a play of nature and man, in which Ana embodies a “forest fairy” guarding unspoiled nature and protects it from cruel people. “This video will have large emotional value for me. My grandfather Dragutin Rucner, renowned Croatian ornithologist, worked hard sixty years ago for Kopački Rit to become a nature park. I am certain he would be happy to see his granddaughter in this unspoiled pearl of nature, which he always admired and spent much time in ornithology research, filming a promotional tourism video which will show the world the unique beauty of this place,” said Ana Rucner.
