Venue - Tvornica kulture (Culture Factory), Zagreb
French electronic music pioneer St. Germain (or Ludovic Navarre)is performing in Zagreb, at Tvornica on November 7th2015 as a part of his promotional tour for the new album “Real Blues” released on October 9th.
This is his first album after a long 15 year break and he will perform with a 9 piece band so we can expect a very unique electro story on the night of the concert.
Within this comeback tour, St Germain will perform all over Europe, after Zagreb he's heading to Paris, Lyon, Brussels, London and Madrid.
The two St Germain albums to date—1995's Boulevard and Tourist from 2000—stand as bonafide classics of bluesy deep house. This next record, St Germain, sees Ludovic Navarre working alongside African musicians, with traditional Malian instruments like the kora, the balafon and the n'goni used alongside electric guitars, pianos, saxophones and electronic loops. Just like the first single from the new album, also entitled “Real Blues”, the concert promises to be an exceptional musical journey combining tradition and contemporary sounds.
