The children's carnival parade in Rijeka saw 67 costumed groups from all parts of Croatia
The carnival season in Rijeka is in full swing, and while we're counting down the days until the international costumed parade announced for next Sunday, we attended another cute manifestation: the children's carnival parade that took place on January 27, 2018.
Kindergartens and elementary schools from the wider Rijeka area and several other Croatian cities sent their adorable ambassadors to represent them at Korzo, the main promenade in the city centre.
A total of 67 groups counting around 4600 participants strolled through the city at the delight of the audience that marveled at their creative themed costumes.
