A new season is abloom at Split’s Brasserie on 7 thanks to a heavenly menu destined to stimulate all of your spring senses.
The season of rebirth, renewal, and awakening is here, and it has many perks. It is a season where blossoming trees dress the Split streets and multi-colored clusters of flowers paint over the bleak memories of a cold winter. It is a season where the sun returns to warm the soil, being blissful and barefoot is a tease, and the days are delightfully longer.
It is our time to ‘spring to life’, which is perhaps the biggest perk of them all.
Brasserie on 7 has used the pep in their step to create a refreshing new seasonal menu designed to renew you.
For the early birds the group, wake up at B7 with a selection of 100% fresh fruit juices. Guests can choose from a simple ‘Pick Me Up’, embodying the flavors of carrot, orange, pineapple, and ginger, to the aromatic tones of apple, pear, and rockmelon in the ‘Split Sunrise’. And if you’re feeling fancy, you can add a glass (or bottle) of sparkling wine. We can only recommend you continue your morning with one of B7’s big breakfast entrees, like the eggs Benedict or cinnamon ricotta French toast, or stay on the fruit train with an açai bowl or chia pudding.
The lunch and dinner menu at B7 has been carefully complimented with a colorful display of new dishes. For starters, the buratta with mesclun greens, basil and almond pesto, olives, cherry tomatoes, and pickled peppers screams spring, while the sea bass filet with cauliflower soubise, kohlrabi, and romanesco is a foolproof way to add flavor to your day.
The meat eaters in the bunch can dig into the flank steak with seasonal vegetables mushroom espuma, and truffled jus, or the pork filet wrapped in pancetta, polenta mousseline, fava beans, mini pear, and sage jus. And that’s just the beginning.
All of B7’s loyal followers know that there is no better way to end the day than with one of their decadent desserts prepared in-house. How could one resist?
