Fire, which started just after 9 PM was probably caused by lightning
Massive fire in the Dabar area above Marina near Trogir, which started just after 9 PM tonight is now under control thanks to the great effort of firefighters from Marina, Trogir, Primošten and Seget.
According to the statement we got from the Trogir volounteer fire department, fire was most probably caused by a ligntning bolt, and even though the scope of the fire was very large, fast reaction from all nearby fire departments prevented it from spreading even further.
Fire fighters will remain on location to secure the area.
