Football for Peace: Hajduk Jersey Auction Raises 51,450 HRK for Ukrainian Orphans

May 8, 2022 - The Hajduk jersey auction as part of the 'Football for Peace' campaign has raised 51,450 kuna,  in addition to the over 600,000 kn raised through the Hajduk-Shakhtar friendly match and donor phone line!  Hajduk recently presented its new home jersey for next season which is now finally on sale to the public as of this weekend. Croatian IT Company Q Develops App for German Driving Test

May the 8th, 2022 - The Croatian IT company Q has come together with the German startup Streamways and developed a mobile and web app for German driving school students to pass part of their driving tests. As Poslovni Dnevnik writes, the Croatian IT company Q, in cooperation with the German startup Streamways, has developed a mobile and web application that will help the younger generations and students of German driving schools to more easily master their driving theory exams. Eurozone Entry Will Mean Additional Improvement of Credit Rating, Says FinMin

ZAGREB, 7 May 2022 - Finance Minister Zdravko Marić said on Saturday he was pleased with Fitch's latest credit rating of Croatia, adding that accession to the eurozone will mean that the rating will additionally improve. Foreign Ministry Confirms Croatian National Taken Prisoner in Ukraine

ZAGREB, 7 May 2022 - The Croatian Foreign Ministry said on Saturday that a Croatian national was taken prisoner in Ukraine and that it was working on solving the case in cooperation with the Ukrainian authorities. FinMin Says Still No Solution For Brodosplit Shipyard

ZAGREB, 7 May 2022 - Finance Minister Zdravko Marić on Saturday denied Brodosplit CEO Tomislav Debeljak's statement that a solution had been found for the shipyard, saying talks are under way and that the situation is very complex.
