August 22, 2021 - Luxury hotels and private accommodations in Opatija are in high demand this summer, reveals Tourist Board director Suzi Petričić. On Friday, Opatija exceeded the total number of overnight stays in 2020. ZAGREB, 21 Aug, 2021 - Tourism Minister Nikolina Brnjac said in Poreč on Saturday the sector was faced with a labour shortage, notably workers with the required qualifications, as well as with declining interest among young people for tourism jobs.
