August 1, 2022 - In the last couple of weeks, the Spaladium arena in Split has been rapidly turning into the largest indoor swimming pool in Croatia. The European Water Polo Championship will be held there from August 27 to September 10, with of over a thousand participants, at least 300 journalists and an estimated several thousand fans, especially at the end of the competition. 24 national teams will compete in Split - 16 in the men's and eight in the women's competition.
