Hungarian Olympic Swim Coach Ivan Petrov Cooperates with Croatian Swimming Federation

November 5, 2021- Top swimming coach Ivan Petrov, who led the national team of Hungary four times at the Olympic Games, signed a Cooperation Agreement with the Croatian Swimming Federation. Ivan Petrov will transfer his knowledge and experience to Croatian swimming coaches as well as to swimmers, reports T.portal. Largest Croatia Fan Procession Expected before Russia World Cup Qualifier at Poljud

November 5, 2021 - The largest Croatia fan procession ever is expected ahead of the Croatia-Russia World Cup qualifier at Poljud Stadium in Split on November 14.  All available tickets for the match between Croatia and Russia have been sold. A packed Poljud of about 33,000 fans will cheer on Croatia in an attempt to win first place and secure a spot in Qatar for the 2022 World Cup. November 4, 2021 - Dinamo beats Rapid 3:1 at Maksimir stadium in Zagreb in the 4th round of the Europa League Group H.  Dinamo and Rapid Wien met in the 4th round of the Europa League Group H on Thursday at Maksimir stadium in Zagreb. Zlatko Kranjčar Memorial Plaque Unveiled at Dinamo Juniors Field (VIDEO)

November 4, 2021 - The Zlatko Kranjčar memorial plaque was unveiled on Wednesday at the Dinamo juniors field, honoring the legendary Croatian footballer and coach who passed away earlier this year.  Dinamo fans voted to honor 'Cico', who passed away in March, among five club legends. Fans could also vote for Dražan Jerković, Krasnodar Rora, Zlatko Škorić and Slaven Zambata, reports HRT. With over 2300 votes and 36.03 percent of the total vote, the unforgettable 'Cico' Kranjčar was chosen, whose name adorns the famous junior field.

Croatian Athletes Awarded €887k for Olympic and Paralympic Medals

ZAGREB, 3 Novmber, 2021 - Croatian athletes won 15 medals at the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Tokyo this summer, and the Ministry of Tourism and Sports has paid them a total of HRK 6.650 million (€886,666) for their achievements.
