Šibenik One Step Closer to Cable Car Connecting Fortresses

The town of Šibenik has finally published a public tender for the project of the construction of the long-awaited cable car, which is supposed to connect the two Šibenik fortresses, St. Mihovil, St. Ivan and Šubićevac neighborhood. The Šibenik Cable Car project will be chosen from the ones submitted at the tender, and all applicants are required to submit three ideas - with the 3D simulation of the cable car in a historic and current context. June 8, 2019 - American Airlines launched its new seasonal service between Philadelphia and Dubrovnik on June 8, 2019, connecting the United States and Croatia for the first time in 28 years. American Airlines flight 148 landed in Dubrovnik 45 minutes earlier than scheduled.  Mate Erceg Ex Yu Aviation reports that flight AA148 left Philadelphia on Friday, June 7 at 6:06 pm local time (initially scheduled for 6:10 pm) with 209 passengers on board the Boeing 767-300ER aircraft. It's Official: First Split City Metro Trip Departs at 10:11 am On Tuesday!

From Tuesday, June 11, the new city metro, connecting the Split ferry port and Kopilica, will begin operations. The first metro trip will depart at 10:11 am, reports Dalmatinski Portal on June 7, 2019.  From Saturday morning, Hercegovačka street is open for traffic. First Volotea Flight Lands at Rijeka Airport from Marseille, France
