Deputy PM Martina Dalić announced 10 days ago that she will sue Ivica Todorić for defamation and threatening her reputation.
As Poslovni Dnevnik reports on the 10th of October, 2017, Deputy Prime Minister Martina Dalić has filed criminal charge against the former Agrokor boss for defamation.
Martina Dalić has found herself in the cyber firing line of Ivica Todorić's frequent online rants, in which he openly accuses her, Prime Minister Andrej Plenković, Agrokor's Extraordinary Commissioner, Ante Ramljak, and several other prominent individuals of lies, deceit, blackmail and duress.
The former Agrokor majority owner has even openly accused Martina Dalić of threatening him and his family via email, despite there having been no such messages found on any of her devices or accounts by investigators, who, and it is worth mentioning, examined Dalić's devices upon her own request.
Just a few hours after he heard the news, on Ivica Todorić's accusatory blog, there was of course an expected reaction:
"I'm delighted with the lawsuit which today, as they're saying in the media, was filed against me by Deputy Prime Minister Martina Dalić. I'm satisfied with that because only DORH can establish the fact that there was an inappropriate mail message that Mrs. Dalić sent on March the 28th at 02:30am to a member of the Agrokor Administration.
And Mrs. Dalić, and those who did the check, know the content of that message very well, and DORH investigators will easily identify all the circumstances and elements of that criminal act.
This is the best time to communicate with Agrokor's board members. I hope Mrs. Dalić didn't forget to mention the threats of arrest she made at the meeting with Mr. Alvarez, another (now former) member of the Agrokor Administration. The truth will soon see the light of day, and I hope that those who are responsible won't try to cover up the facts that I'm talking about," concludes Todorić.
