According to Ivica Todorić, the apparent hybrid war facing Croatia is all at the hands of the government and of course, Agrokor's extraordinary commissioner...
Agrokor's former boss has taken to his blog once again on the 28th of November, 2017, this time to talk about the alleged hybrid war facing the country. The self-proclaimed ''citizen in England'' offers his thoughts on just whois behind the threat.
As usual, we bring you Ivica Todorić's latest blog post translated into English in full below:
''After Jamnica, Vupik, Zvijezda and Ledo, who did this at the end of last week, Belje has reported on the giving of 11 of its pledges to the Madison Pacific Trust from Hong Kong today. Only the heart of the company, its trademarks, more precisely the names of decades of constructed brands, ended up as a pledge for a loan by which a privileged company headed by Knighthead (funding) would earn hundreds of millions of euros. [Ante] Ramljak and the government don't want to publish the contract with the Hong Kong [based] trust, to which they'd pledged all the assets for the same loan earlier on. The most important thing Agrokor has, recognisable brands that are the substance of the company itself, are now relinquished to a trust in which the owners are impossible to see.
During this time, when the highest value from Croatia is national pride, but also hundreds of millions of euros acquired by muted credit deals, when half a billion kuna is being spent on selected advisors, the government is in the imaginary world of a special hybrid war.
This special hybrid war is, gentlemen of the government and the extraordinary administration, the legalised plunder of Agrokor's value, which, under your patronage, [Ante] Ramljak is transferring outside of Croatia!''
